Uber sucks big time

I feel disgusted having to be using Uber for almost 3 years now and the service I've been getting lately is pathetic, driver accepts the ride but doesn't pitch and I get charged for it and to top it off I message the driver and I ask where he is and call and then no reply at all. I'm utterly disgusted at this service I no longer recommend using Uber anymore cause it has been happening now to me for more than 3 months.
