Uber SUCKS!

Your driver, Siyanda, just dropped a passenger in the driveway of my Estate in Solheim, then reversed into a lamppost, breaking it. He then left the scene without reporting the collision to Security or myself. I have CCTV footage showing his reprehensible behaviour. His phone number is ********** 163 - I cannot contact him because I have no uber account. This is completely unacceptable - you (uber) have no contact numbers, and there is no way to contact you or your drivers without an account with uber - which would be the LAST thing I want to do, reading all the reviews on ***** transactions deducted from people's accounts. What will you do about this matter? Or must I open a ******** case against this driver?
