Uber sucks

<p>I requested and uber today to take me to Maponya mall for my childs vaccination, but it kept saying that your driver is on the way for over 30 minutes and I was obviously in a hurry and couldn't wait so long and next thing I cancelled and charged for something that is not my fault. I think they need to assess the situation to see why you had to cancel before you get charged. I refuse to pay for something that impacted me negatively, they making a business out of us and I feel that the driver should pay since he is in the wrong.</p>
