Uber sucks

I'm not very happy with them right now. They won't refund me my R50 back. I didn't even use the ride but they still kept the money. My account was supposed to show R229.40 but when I requested a second ride because the first one took too long the balance is now R179.40 so obviously they charged me a R100 . They won't refund me back the R50 for the ride I didn't take. And this is not the first time it's happened.
