UBER Subscription - Potential *****

UBER has somehow signed me up for their monthly subscription. I queried this with UBER and all I received was an automated response. No personal reach out or real explanation to how this happened, just a scripted line to say this is the new UBER subscription which offers this and that. This is really terrible as I queried something serious with them and I get an automated response. To add to this, my query was never resolved. Now I saw the monies have been going off for a few months still. Unacceptable as I didn't agree nor knew I signed up for a service I don't need. To top it, I tried calling an UBER on the 28th, waited for my driver to pitch up, then that trip was cancelled. I got charged for this and the money hasn't been refunded either. Does UBER actually even deal with complaints? I am beyond upset...
