Uber Subscription Cancelled but money keeps on being deducted

We have cancelled our UberOne subscription, on the same day of registration, however for the past 5 months Uber has been deducting the subscription fee.

I have messaged and use the dedicated contact support via the apps, but no response since October

@uber this is very bad customer service and you are *****ing money from our accounts if we have opted out for a subscription but you keep on deducting the money
