Uber stole my money they don't wanna refund me

On the 30th of November I requested a trip from 28 Don Mattera to 2567 the trip was R175. 00 that was debited by Uber on my account nkoe street brakpan my ride was accepted by a grandi10 model the time was 07:50. The driver moved in one place for over 5 minutes I texted him asking if his lost in which he only rep**** when he arrived at my place, refused to take me home nd cancelled the trip. Uber didn't refund my money, they have been saying they looking into the matter, I'm not recieving any help from their customer care department since from the 30th of November until today I haven't recieved my refund.
