UBER STOLE MY MONEY

After almost one week, still not refunded.

Uber cancelled my order after one hour on Friday with the message: Your order could not be delivered. You will not be charged for this order. I was indeed charged and this amount is still pending on my credit card.

I have tried various platforms to contact you. Now your reply is you cannot refund me bacause it's been 48 hours past the order date? But you canceled my order? You stole my money?

Then i sent you a mail again, and suddenly your reply is (and seriously something to laugh about) "we have not received your message?"

i gave you 24 hours to respond, and an automated response is not one.

I will not open a case of ***** at SAPS
