Uber stole my money

I requested an Uber on the 24th of December 2021, I chose card payment since I didn't have cash on me, as soon as I requested R137 was deducted from my account but unfortunately Uber couldn't find a driver for me and cancelled my trip. I expected my money back but till today, I haven't gotten it back. I sent countless messages to Uber but they keep telling me that they'll solve the issue. It's been way too long and this is getting ridiculous. DON'T USE CARD PAYMENT WHEN REQUESTING A UBER!
