Uber stole money out of my acc and after a month still no refund

Beginning december an amount of R1156 was deducted from my savings account from a trip at early hours of the morning to a destination of a travel time of 1h36min. i most definately didnt take the trip and the driver Morris who it showed to have been the driver of this specific trip also confirmed that never made such a trip after reaching out to uber eventually after the 10th time per email they confirmed to have investigated and see that my account was definately hacked. They then deactivated my uber account for my safety as the claimed however never has anyone refunded me for that amount of R1156 taken out of my account for this trip. Its now been almost a month and 80 automated messages later of which its all the same email over and over and over again. Reached out on facebook also same story they send me automated links and someone will be in touch. At this stage im disguted that there is not a single person who one can pick up the phone and talk to. uber help app get one nowhere neither. Please if someone could help me as i have given up all hope of ever getting my money back.
