UBER STOLE FROM ME

I sent a parcel via Uber package on Friday 29 November 2024, driver picked up the parcel, got in his car and never delivered the package to my customer. I have the Registration number of the car, but can't by any means get through to someone that can sort that. So in short, the Uber Driver stole a parcel valued at R1275, I hold Uber responsible, in my view UBER stole that package from me, because why can't i get through to them
