Uber stole from me

On 26 February 2019, I took an Uber ride to Menlyn mall from Riverwalk Office Park, which is just 1.9km away. I was supposed to be charged only R27 but Uber deducted R1685.20 off my account. The Driver's name is Tshinetise and the ride was requested at 11H25.

On the very same day I lodged a complaint through the Uber App but have since not received a courtesy of their response a month later nor have I received my refund of R1658.20.
