Uber *****s your money

On Sunday 19 December I was on a wine farm in Stellenbosch and requested a ride home. No driver wanted to pick up the ride. I cancelled and tried again to no avail. Then I noted that UBER deducted money from my account twice , R161 x 2 , amounting to R322. I had to call a friend to pick me up because Uber took my money. I have called the 5 times , send numerous emails and They still have not refunded my money . It is nou 3 days later, 22 December . When I call they say they have a tegnical issue. No one can explain waht the issue is. I have spoken to a guy called Abdool who said he is the supervisor twice , he said he would escalate it, all lies. Uber is resorting to *****ing peoples money now
