UBER *****S YOUR MONEY.

Uber emails me a promotion advising I get a discount. I try the discount code and it gives an error. Then when I email them they change my contact email on my account after they reply with wrong answer. I have yet to get a call from a manager after 4 days. They keep saying they already rep**** but they haven’t addressed my query. I need to get an ombudsman to deal with these people or I’ll go to the news.
