Uber *****s money!!!!

Uber *****s money! It happened to me 3 times in a month, I request a uber, the money get deducted from my bank account, I cancel or the driver cancels but my money never gets reversed back into my account. I report it and nothing gets done about it, I was told in 5 days time my money would be refunded but up till today I received nothing.
