UBER *****S DOUBLE CHARGE AND NO SUPPORT

So for the 3rd time this is the case that Uber double charged me and more than the quoted amount, after phoning suport the *********** agent got snobby because of my disgust, and when I asked to speak to the team leader I was 3rd degree as to why and told she is not able to speak to me, Uber is just quoted R186 then charged R186 and later an extra R232! I will open a case of *****.
