Uber *****s

Uber has deducted an amount of R198, for a non-refundable service I did not ask/app**** for. The first time I called Uber customer service, the consultant advised me that the service would be cancelled and that I will not have to worry about anymore deductions from my account. 3 weeks later another amount gets deducted (after I have cancelled the service). The consultant again advises me that it is non refundable and does not take responsibility for the fact that they have not advised me correctly in the first place after the first amount was deducted.

I am sick and tired of Uber taking advantage of us as users. Uber eats included!

I will not be using Uber ever again.
