Uber *****ing money for no reason

Almost a week ago Uber just took money out of my account for no reason almost a week I try to call them and try to reach out to them and no one ever come back to me this is the most pathetic services I ever get my life its like *****ing money out of someone account for no reason I'm not going to leave it here!!!
