Uber ***** your money and you have no recourse

Tried to have a parcel delivered, 5 times - no driver available and then my account was debited with 3 transactions R118, R118, R142!!! No where on the Uber site can you contact Uber. Plain *******! How do I get my money back? Will never use that service again.
