Uber ***** money as it wants

On 15 Oct 2017 I requested a ride home. After waiting 30 minutes in the rain for a driver that was only 10 minutes away, I messaged the driver to ask what was going on. I then waited another 30 minutes before a stranger offered me a lift. Which I had to take as it was still raining and I had no other option. I was then charged more than double what the trip was supposed to cost along with some random R48.00 charge for uber help, which I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE FROM!!!!!!!! I want my money back so I can cancel this useless service and use TAXIFY.... A much much MUCH better service with way less problems, theft and fighting to get your hard earned money back which is ****** with no notification!!!
