Uber south africa..unauthorized transactions. Please pay back my money

Uber south africa On the (01/march/2025)I requested a ride yesterday and my ride was R98.I got the notification from my bank showing that one ride got paid twice and I have went to the help option but still my money is not back .even the driver said he saw that the money was paid twice .when I got to my destination now the fee has went up to R135 and there was not traffic ,no extra stop nothing amd I didn't make him wait when he arrived .

Now I just woke up and I see R137 transaction is from my bank from uber that was declined ,and also R42 transaction that was also declined .I never request for a ride so why is my money being taken out ?(02/March/2025) I want them to pay me back all my money ..the one that they made me pay twice for 1 trip I want my money back .
