I booked an Uber ride, and the driver accepted, but they never arrived to pick me up. On the app, it still showed that the driver was "driving to destination," even though I was never picked up. This caused a lot of inconvenience and confusion. I would like Uber to review this trip and ensure I’m not charged for a ride that never happened. Driver name is Malvin, White Hyundai i10 CAA201657 I messaged him so many times he ignored.
