I am normally quite happy with uber. YesterdayI booked a ride for this morning, at 5.45. I received an email from them, confirming my ride. Early this morning, I received notifications that my ride was on the way. That it is 20 min away, then 5 min away, then 1 min away. Then it just didn't appear. At all. After trying numerous times to order another one, I gave up, and my son eventually managed to get a ride. Coming back, I also battled, and couldn't get help at all. Luckily a very kind lady gave me a lift back. This was unacceptable. Especially AFTER confirmation of the ride.
