Uber South Africa

I booked an Uber from Cape Town to Somerset West. The driver must have tried to miss traffic and he drove with me through 3 townships, taking lots of different detours even the app picked it up. I asked the driver to please travel to one of the main highways and he just continued. In the end i had to pay double the trip fee which was over a thousand rand. I tried to call uber and frankly they do not care. You book an Uber black then the car that arrives is filthy, smells bad and car does not look new.
