UBER SOOOOOO BAD

I being waiting more than a hour for a Uber. They take my order, then cancel. We had our credit card taking money in and out . I downloaded the Bold app, and because of so many return transactions from Uber, i can not pay bold, for my credit card is stopped. Not only do the inconvenience me regarding my order, but blocked my credit card now as well. THIS IS WORSE than BAD.
