Uber should be investigated

URGENT COMPLAINT: UBER HAS BEEN DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR OVER A YEAR WITH NO RESOLUTION

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Uber’s complete lack of accountability and support regarding ongoing unauthorized deductions from my bank account.

For over a year, Uber has been taking money from my account without ANY explanation. I have contacted Uber multiple times via email and through the in-app support. Each time, I am told that they “cannot see the payments” on their side. I have sent clear proof of the deductions, and my bank has confirmed that the charges are definitely from Uber. Yet Uber still refuses to acknowledge the problem or assist me.

To make matters worse, the contact numbers available for Uber no longer exist, making it impossible to speak to a real person. I am left going in circles with no accountability, no escalation, and absolutely no resolution.

This is unacceptable. I am now left with a year’s worth of unexplained and unauthorized charges, and Uber has shown zero urgency to fix this issue or refund me.

I am posting this on HelloPeter because I can no longer get assistance directly from Uber. I expect URGENT contact from Uber and a full investigation into these deductions. I also expect a full refund of every unauthorized payment taken from my account.
