Uber services not up to standard

My family and I ordered an uberxl going to suncoast and also from suncoast. The Uber that came to fetch us from suncoast was not an uberxl and did not want to accept the 6th person, we had to call an additional Uber yet I was charged for an uberxl. When I complained on the app all they said was they appreciate the feedback
