Uber services is extremely sad and disappointing

Honestly I am getting tired of the useless and pathetic service received by Uber. I was deducted R192 twice and then they are telling me about my bank due to an unauthorised hold. Secondly I do not care about the hold because no driver arrived and the more I am letting the agent know, the more they are telling me they cannot do anything. How am I being charged R192 x 2 if no driver arrived. I just want my money back. I am not an idiot and know how to use Uber
