Uber services

Been having issues with Uber lately, if it's not temporary holds on my accounts, they deducting twice from my account. Just got a notification for unknown charge for an Uber ride and I didn't even request a ride. When you contact them, it's the same thing but the issue never gets resolved. Pathetic service!!!
