Uber Services

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have nothing but terrible feeling about Uber. I have since left my phone one fo their drivers car, on 26th of March until today I havent recievd my phone. I have tried calling him ample of times but after ac call stating he has my phone nothing suffices nomore. </p> <p>Even their offices in Rosebank, I went there on the 29th March and was told they will contatc him and get back to me within 2hrs up until i had to go there again. Hellopeter please assist me. Below is my email that was suppose to be sent to higher authiorities.</p> <p> </p> <p>Afternoon</p> <p>I wasnt assisted by my previous complain of one of your drivers. I forgot my phone in his car on the 26th of March and called him to try a get my phone back, He admitted to having my phone but to no luck in getting it back.</p> <p>I went the Uber offices on the 29th of March and was assisted by Stevens, he said he will contact me within 2hours but did not and today, I went there again and Stevens said that he cannot help me. I gave the the whole info of the driver.</p> <p>I am using this route for assistance, may you you assist me in getting my phone back, I have already missed on work due to not being able to be reached, I dont know who to talk to.</p> <p>I have tried calling him ample of times (Limkani Sibanda, ********** ) the driver, but he ignores my calls and at times he hangs up and switches his phone off.
