Uber service is dropping everyday!!!

I've been having serious issues recently with Uber and I thought it's about time i report it. Firstly I'm not sure why there help option on the app because it's not helpful.

I've been expecting issues with the app for the past 2 week, it freezes and when you try to cancel a ride it hangs I'm not sure if they are jamming the system since it's festive session I requested a trip this morning and it was busy I then decided to cancel.

Been trying to cancel for about 20 minutes and it's been hanging. I then called the driver to cancel the trip since the cancel option was not working on the app but some functions are working perfectly fine.

I was shocked when the driver charged me R55 for cancelation that time he was still 13 mini away. I deleted the app since it was freezing to my surprise I received a call after 30 minutes from a different driver telling me he was outside I'm not sure who requested the trip since the app was deleted I advised the driver I didn't request for that trip. I was shocked when I checked my bank statement I was debited R114. Uber used to be one of the best and I'm really disappointed with their service lately! I wrote a review on both drivers and I was told the trip distance and time matches the anout I was charged. For God sake there was no trip??!
