**** UBER service

What a joke of a company. I booked a trip this morning at 7h30 for pick up this afternoon a 16h00 to Irene. All was confirmed until 10 minutes before I was to be collected, I got a message from the driver he is running late, 2 min later another driver accepted the trip. I waited until 16h10 at which time I called the driver only to be told he is not coming as he does not have petrol money.

I called customer service to lay a complaint and the woman I spoke to could not speak english and did not understand my complaint.

What a useless company and disgusting service....
