Uber service
Today I was waiting for Uber driver 1 hour instead of promised 5 min. I was trying to contact driver or admin but it was no any reply. By the end of the trip I was even charged for cancellation which was not done. And it is not 1st time they are giving ds o horrible service. I want them to refund my fees for so scary service.
