<p>Uber service sucks. I think they are aware that most people are relying on them and as a result they don't make customers feel valued. </p> <p> </p> <p>They incorrectly bill you when their drivers do nonsense then they are too quick to say we will credit you the money. What do you with the credit if you no longer wish to utilise their services? </p> <p>I am a really disappointed customer.</p> <p> </p>
