UBER ****S AND UNPROSFESSIONAL DRIVERS V

After having an uber account running strictly on cash they blocked me because they believe the BS the drivers tell them. I'm 1 of the people who tips the driver ALWAYS!!!! The drivers have conned me out of money claiming they don't have change or they will drop my change off at my home or work later during the day. BIGGEST LOAD OF ***! Then I told the driver im not paying a cancellation fee and requested a refund only to get an email from uber saying they have blocked my account for cash trips.....yes using a card is so easy but "CASH IS KING" I've emailed them requedting them to open the app so I Can pay cash but they clearly have automated messages or like the drivets....have a bunch of idiots working in their call centre. To top it all sone drivers are rude and smell like the last bath they got was 5years ago
