I have uber vouchers i keep for when i need to go to the airport now i booked a ride today and the driver went to a wrong adress how am i liable to pay waiting fee when he went to a wrong adress and i am waiting for him in the midle of the road secondly the uber payment system is soo ***** they took money from my bank account plus my ubder cash so when is my refund taking place its either or
