Uber SA refund ****!!!!!!!

Uber has ****med me of R350 in total through cancellations. I requested a ride on the 1st of October and had to cancel, they had already taken my money. I never got a refund and I was still charged a cancellation fee. This happened again this morning when I had to cancel a request, I was still charged the full amount and no refund. The money is completely out of my bank account and I received no notification of any reversals as usually my bank will let me know if a reversal from Uber was made. My money is GONE!!!! It’s not in my account anymore. The Help team is USELESS!!!!!!! Especially when you try and call, no one answers!!! What a ****!!!!!!!!
