Uber SA and their unfulfilled promise

I took an Uber trip on Thursday, the entire trip cost me R60.33 but they also debited my credit card R52. They said that those funds R52 would be credited back into my credit card but till today those funds are still appearing as an outstanding authorisation on my account, yet they said those funds would reflect back into my account immediately.
