Uber ****s through client's banking accounts

On the 1st November an transaction went through from my banking account. I tried calling their offices to query the transaction but it goes unanswered. Tried querying on their app and didn't get help either. I had to call my bank to reverse the transaction and they only offered to cancel my card. And will have to get a new at a fee.
