Uber *****s from people! #cancelUber

On the 21st December 2024. I decided to go to the beach with my family (two adults and two kids under the age of 10). Uber accepts my request and R147 is deducted from my account. The Uber finally arrives and he advised we to Much for his car and I explained to him that's okay I just need my money back which was taken. He tells me I need to email Uber and i tell him I'm not sure how to and he needs to show me and he goes and give me attitude my husband jumps in ans advised him that we just want our money so we can go on about our day as we want to take our kids for the beach. The driver continues to give us attitude and cancels the request. The problem I am having is the fact that the driver and Uber is saying we got into the car where myself and My family never set foot in his car. They refuse to refund my money and i don't know what I need to do now. I need help asap.
