Uber ****s

Requested a ride from Westgate Mall and on our way to the destination i requested the driver to make a quick stoo which they agreed provided i compensate them which we had an understanding and upon dropping us off at the final destination after few minutes we realased that we left one of the phones, we called the phones non stop for about 5min and reported with uber and we were told that the driver will make contact within 24hrs and the following day we are told that the driver didn't see the phone and no explanations whether he had another trip after dropping us off? Im going to upload my phone location report and Uber will have to assist to link that with the drivers movement.... This moves from a case of loss of devices to theft one the location links the driver. Has anyone suffered the same faith and what was the outcome as i cannot be allowed to ****** just like that there's a reason why i requested uber especially at night.
