Uber rude drivers and poor customer support

The service from uber delivery was appalling the driver Vusani reg KP04ZYgp refused to even ring the bell to come to collect refused to drop off the parcel which was fragile at correct address and dumped it in parking lot then reversed payment even though payment was made in cash I will not be using Uber again due to poor customer support to resolve issue
