Uber robbing customer with new charge called Surge x2.6 costing R173.33

My trip was R76 but because I didn't know the exact address so the trip continue a few distance and according to the app it was supposed to be R108.00 but they charge me an extra R173.33 plus an additional R11 .27 they call a booking fee taking R290 plus in my account for a trip of R108.00 and when i report this they say it's new rule and won't refund me my money. Uber is robbing their drivers with a 25% service fee and now they robbing customer with this new thing called Surge x2.6 charge of R173.33 if u take a R20 trip but don't know the destination u will be charge an extra R173.33 and a booking fee of R11.27 when your trip is only R30.00 cause you didn't end your trip on the R20 destination. People please be warn uber is robbing customers and look for alternative transports like taxify even meter taxify won't rob you this bad.
