Uber *******

I am tottaly disgusted with Uber. I have been a loyal for almost 2 years and have even been promoting uber to friends and family as its convenient. Now after all this time I am unable to request a ride. I have emailed them numerous times and they keep giving me a reply of adding a new digital payment. Is my cash not good enough anymore? I suspect this thing goes deeper as I tried something else today. I requested a huge fare ride of R381 from difrent location and then my ride was accepted without any issues. So either my profile has been blocked in certain areas which I use often. Why???? They cant flush my profile so wdf is hapoening here??
