Uber ****** me my money and almost ran me over

@Uber_RSA I requested an uber on the 12-August-2022 around 06h30 am it was for an amount of R259.00 . The driver arrived at my pick up point and just when I tried to get in, the door was locked, while my hand was still holding the handle, the driver drove off & I fell on the ground in the rain. After that the driver canceled a few minutes later but I was never refunded for the amount.

I logged a complaint on the Uber Support on the Uber app but have had no response since the 15th August. I went on Twitter to complain and was advised that they are busy with my query, I will get a call back but still nothing. I am very furious as I was violated and ****** from.

I want my money NOW!!!
