Uber ****** me and stole my money

So under took R130 from me for a trip I did and then the next day debited R460 from my account unauthorized. They claimed this was for a cleaning fee for my friend getting sick during the ride. The car was pulled over at the time of the incident and the driver did not say anything about a cleaning fee. Now I dont know where his car was washed but R500 for a car wash is insane. I tried contacting uber multiple time and was promised a call back that never happened. I just kept getting a generic response. I called back and spoke with a supervisor who was based in Pakistan?! He was unhelpful, rude and unwilling to even look into the matter further. I am to date struggling with getting my issue resolved or even properly looked into. I then went to my bank who alerted me of something uber calls a "reoccurring authorization " for orders placed once off but then deducted for 2 months after again. I will be taking legal action. Protect yourself,your financial wellbeing and your personal details. UBER claims to be reliable and trustworthy but are nothing of the sort.
