Uber ****** me

I requested an uber ride for my dad who was stranded at 1am in the morning. Before even going to the pick up location uber deducted R193 from my bank account. The driver then went near the pick up location and circled for a while and then left, seems like he couldn't even find the entrance. I tried to call him 8 times but the number just went on to ring and he never answered ( I guess the contact details are there for show). The driver then went away on a different route while I was still billed for the trio yet my dad was never picked up. I then requested a refund, and uber then refunded me R52 instead of R193 yet my dad never even got into the vehicle. So uber ****** me and still left my dad stranded. It's so shocking at how unreliable they are. I made numerous attempts to email uber and try and get a refund but got absolutely no response. I will definitely never request and uber again and I will inform all of my friends and family to never do so aswell, unless they want to be ******.....disgusting from uber
