Uber roaring people with bad service

I requested Uber was going to work it didn't come to my location but it said it has arrived I had to cancel and find alternative transport as I was already late when I tried to request today they made me pay a cancellation fee as if it was me who was wrong which means they do this on purpose because they know we will pay extra I will never ever use Uber again their service is very poor they Rob people take advantage of them
