Uber ripoff/Bad drivers

Used uber till yesterday.

Ride from green street to spca silverton at 8:30 was R181. Uber

Ride with indrive was R78.

This morning, 06:55, i just checked again for sake of argument how much it will cost from green str to wilhelm str.

Uber R139 again hit it out of the ball park. Indrive R39.

This is not just a matter of peak traffic as an excuse. You are ripping people of nowadays.

So good bye from a life long supporter. Will spread this issue by word of mouth to any one who uses uber to rather go over to indrive.

Also on uber there is no way where you can log a complaint.

A driver harrased me and all they did was give me a 10% discount. Meantime he was contacting my number, driving past my house.

On 28 dec it was raining cats and dogs, the driver stopped at the corner, not even at my house, i had a sleepover back, another bag with blanket and pillow in and a garden chair. He didnt get out to help me. All he said was i opened the boot for you. Then while is was soaked to the bone het put the cars ac on. Im 57 years. By monday i had a bad case of flu and pneumonia.
