UBER *******

On the 6th June I had 3 x drivers cancelled trips and the same on 13th each time they charged a cancellation fee. After numerous calls to the call center and each time a promise of a refund nothing has been paid .

Not only is this dreadful service but how can a driver be allocated the ride and then decide he did not want it and then I get charged .
